Luxury Bus Firm RedCoach Pulls into Austin Market, Offers Service to Dallas, Houston, WacoOn November 8, 2021

A Florida-based luxury bus operator is riding into Texas, where it is offering nonstop service in Austin, College Station, Dallas, Houston and Waco.
Similar to airline industry pricing, RedCoach uses a dynamic pricing model, with rates based on a variety of factors, including demand. The company said fares start as low as $25, while the maximum price is $60 for a one-way trip and $120 for roundtrip.
“Texas has grown tremendously over the past decade, and as more people and businesses migrate to the state, it makes sense for RedCoach to bring a new way of travel to the market,” said Florencia Cirigliano, vice president of marketing for RedCoach.
RedCoach, which launched in Orlando, Fla., in 2010, offers travelers first-class and business-class options with amenities including complimentary Wi-Fi, 110-volt power outlets, on-board entertainment, complimentary snacks and water and no baggage fees.
The company says its motorcoaches have 26 seats that provide legroom and bed-like seats that recline up to 140 degrees. RedCoach has transported more than 1 million passengers since its founding, according to the company.
RedCoach said its nonstop, daily routes are scheduled in central areas of cities with easy access to Interstate 35. Service in Austin will arrive and depart from Embassy Suites by Hilton, which is at 300 S. Congress Ave.
Austin’s nonstop routes are to Dallas, Houston and Waco. So far, no Fort Worth or San Antonio service is offered.
“We are entering peak travel season with the holidays quickly approaching, and we are continuing to see demand for travel increase, which will only drive airline ticket pricing higher,” Cirgliano said.
“When you factor in the cost to fly with the time you have to spend at the airport, traveling becomes more of a hassle than a relaxing experience,” he said. “It is important to RedCoach that our passengers experience stress-free travel, which is why we require passengers to arrive only 15 minutes before departure. But most importantly, we believe everyone deserves a comfortable travel experience at an affordable rate.”
